2. Products
All prints sold through brittanykruebbe.com are original photographs taken by Brittany Kruebbe. Each print is made to order and produced with care using professional-grade materials.
- Print sizes, finishes, and specifications are listed on each product page
- Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars
- Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments at checkout
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued
4. Shipping
- We ship within the United States only
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays due to carriers or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses
5. Returns & Refunds
Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
If your print arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery on our Contact page.
- Include a photo of the damage and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All photographs on this website are the exclusive property of Brittany Kruebbe and are protected by US copyright law.
- Purchasing a print grants you the right to display it for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any image from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission
- Unauthorized use of any image will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brittany Kruebbe Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
