Frequently Asked Questions
Prints
-
All prints are created on 13×19-inch paper with a 1-inch border on all sides, resulting in an 11×17-inch image area.

I print on Epson Velvet Fine Art Paper, a premium, museum-quality paper made from 100% cotton rag. It has a soft, matte (velvet) texture that enhances detail, depth, and color accuracy in each image.
Paper details:
Thickness: 19 mil
Weight: 260 gsm
Opacity: 97%
Brightness: 94%

Different papers (and finishes like matte vs. glossy) can significantly change how colors and tones appear in a print.
Using one carefully selected paper ensures that every image looks exactly as intended without needing to re-edit for different materials. It’s all about consistency and delivering a final product I fully stand behind.
-
My printer supports up to 13×19-inch paper, and the fine art paper I use is only available in limited sizes. Focusing on a single format allows me to streamline my process and ensure every print meets the same standard.
-
Prints are sold unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that suits your space and style.
I would suggest getting a 13×19 frame, with a border allowing for an 11×17 print.
-
I use the Epson ET-8550, a high-quality photo printer designed for producing detailed, color-accurate prints.
-
All prints are produced in-house from my home studio—nothing is outsourced.
This allows me to carefully control color accuracy and consistency across every print. Many third-party print services use varying printers, inks, and processes, which can lead to noticeable color shifts between orders.
-
Each print is hand-signed in the bottom right corner.
If the print is framed with a mat or border, the signature may be covered—this is intentional, allowing you to enjoy a clean display while still owning a signed piece.
-
Select images may be offered as limited editions and will be clearly labeled as such. Unless labeled as Limited, all prints are open edition.
Ordering and Payments
-
All major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout.
-
Because each print is made to order, I'm only able to make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you need to make an adjustment, please reach out as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help. Once a print has gone into production, I'm unfortunately unable to make any changes.
Shipping and Return Policy
-
Shipping is free on all orders.
This allows me to keep pricing simple and ensure you’re not surprised by extra fees at checkout.
-
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 days, with shipping times averaging 7–10 business days depending on your location.
Please note: I travel for work about one week each month, which may extend processing times slightly. Most orders ship within 3 days, but this window ensures quality and consistency during busier periods.
-
All prints are carefully packaged in protective sleeves and rigid mailers to prevent damage during transit.

Yes. All orders include tracking and are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

At this time, I only ship within the United States.
-
If your print arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of fine art prints, refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.
